Sample Order Care
Everything you need to know about ordering samples, shipping, and transitioning to project orders.
How
sample orders work
Our sample store is designed for engineers, installers, and procurement teams who need to test products before committing to larger orders.
Testing purposes only
Samples are intended for evaluation, compatibility testing, and quality verification — not for resale or installation in customer projects.
Quantity limits
Most models are limited to 1–2 units per order. If you need more for larger-scale testing, please contact our sales team.
Same production line
All samples come from the same production line as mass orders, ensuring identical quality and specifications.
Ships from China or EU warehouse
Depending on availability and destination, samples ship from either our China facility or EU distribution center.

Tracking provided
Lead times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We'll notify you of any delays.
Taxes
& duties
Understanding import taxes and delivery terms.
DDP vs DAP shipping
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all customs, taxes, and duties. You pay the final price with no surprises at delivery.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): You are responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. Pricing is lower upfront, but you’ll need to clear customs.
Final tax handling depends on destination
Most EU orders ship DDP. For UK and other regions, contact us to confirm terms before ordering.
